forum rules?
every time I log out it makes me reaccept the forum rules before I can log in again
 It's not supposed to do that is it?

No it isn't suppose to do that, once your accept you are good to go.
Make sure the browser your using is accepting "Cookies", for some reason the system doesn't think you ever accepted the rules. Q1) What web browser are you using? Q2) Have you tried with another web browser?

I'd hate to piggy back but it's doing the same for me. On both IE and on FireFox, both fully updated.
Also I have to log in everytime and I have the checkbox clicked to remember me. |

I have IE8, my settings are set to accept all cookies.
I have not tried another web browser (I don't have another one?)

I cleared my cookies and temporary page info and it didn't require me to accept the forum rules again. Hopefully this fixes it for me.
