I checked today and see that 55 NEW registrations have NOT activated their membership. :eek:

IF you haven't activated your membership the ONLY forum you will see is this Forum "Welcome New Member" > Welcome! What's your question?" Your missing out on many more forums

When you register you are sent a "Activation EMAIL" that has a link in it that you MUST click on to activate your membership. Otherwise your not ACTIVATED. These emails are batched out ever 10 to 15 minutes so be patient on getting your activation email. ;)

Also if your email account has a SPAM blocker on it, please set it up to allow it to receive email from the domain livinglikenooneelse.com This is usually the cause of NOT getting your activation email.

Now if everything else fails and you haven't received your activation email, then post here and I will manually activate your membership for you...and at NO COST. :D However, keep in mind this is the S L O W way of activating your membership.

I have not received the email either. I signed up yesterday, and I just checked our mail server logs (helps to be the admin) to make sure we hadn't blocked it in any way. As of a couple minutes ago, no mail from this domain has arrived.

Note, if outgoing mail is actually sent from a different domain, I'd like to check up on that one as well.

Regardless, I'm locked out in the meantime.

A navigation hint for once you get caught up on the old stuff - any time you log on, you can click "new posts" towards the top and it will show ONLY the threads that have new posts since the last time you logged on - on ANY computer. I love it - easy trasition from home to work. I click on the thread, read it, reply if desired and use the "back" button on my browser window to get back to the new posts list. Also, there is a teeny > key in the middle section next to the user name - that takes you to the LAST post in a thread. I use "linear" display mode. Was using another, but like this one much better.

I believe I activated the you of two. Double check your email addresses you have on your account. You might want to check your spam folder, the activation email might be in there. If so, just tell the system that LLNOE is not spam and you'll be able to receive more emails from us in the future.
