What is the policy regarding posting pictures? I tried to use the Image Tag feature and don't seem to be able to post a picture. I know I'm doing it right, because I'm on a couple of other vBulletin boards and do it all the time :)

Cool - I'm going to become a picture posting machine! This is Shiloh - my Arabian gelding riding horse.

I clicked on the icon of a picture w/ mountain above and put the addy from my photobucket picture.

This feature may be limited to "charter members" who pay a very small annual fee.

That's what I did in the Watercooler thread but I'm not a charter member.

And yes, beautiful horse! :)

No, it's not a charter member thing. I can post pictures too.

This is the eclipse last week.

there is a limit to the size allowed -

you can see the limit if you click the attachment below (or the paper clip) - the limit per type of attachment is on the pop up screen....

They are talking about inserting an image, not an attachment.

Like this, let's see if it works:

I just assumed that the image constraints are the same as attachment constraints..maybe not.

That's an Alpine stereo for a car.

I have that exact one IN my car, hehe

Really? I just sold it this week for $50, I picked up a hd-radio with front aux input for $50 on clearance so I did an even trade up basically.

I run a fairly large vbulletin website so I see this type of question all the time. Using the [img tag has no limits if it's enabled, which is great for users, but if someone doesn't resize the pics they are linking (like my stereo I posted) it can screw up the page formatting. It really depends on the theme being used, most theme designers nowadays handle it properly so it doesn't totally mess up the page.

Yeah, I have that exact Alpine. It's been with me for 2 cars now, and I love it. I just got a cable to run to that back aux input so I can listen to my iPod through the stereo, and I love it!
