Are both people needed at orientation

DH just found out the person supposed to work for him this Sunday cannot, which means I'll be going to FPU orientation on my own. Is that okay, is orientation mainly just the paying for the kit and registration?

FPU, no matter the process, orientation or class is always best with two.......but if only one can go, then I would go.

We didn't even have orientation so I would say it's fine. DH missed one session due to illness.
