The reason your not seeing the "new" things is you are using the "LLNOE" skin (It can only be seen by Admins). Which includes the Gazelle Classifieds.

Just change skins and post your ad over there and then you can use the LLNOE again if you like. but keep in mind this isn't a supported skin.
